We will need access to all areas that need to be sealed, including any locked or gated areas. All cars must be removed or they will be towed at the property owner’s expense.
Sprinkler systems will need to be shut off the day before work begins and stay off for 24 hours following completion to allow the seal coat to properly dry. Parking lot floodlights should be left on to assist in the safety of workers while on site.
Before we begin, we clean all areas with mechanical blowers and brooms or a sweeper truck to remove debris and dirt. We barricade the entrances to your lot before we start and encourage you to keep your lot off-limits to traffic for at least four hours after application. This allows the seal coat time to cure.
We know that this may not be practical for your business, so we can perform seal coating in separate sections or in off-peak hours for your convenience to better assist you.
